Now, I'm familiar with that block. Do you know about the small block ford site "www.sbftech.com". It is one of the best, if not the best, SBF tech sites around. If you are not familiar, take a peek, then join. It has the best, no "BS" support group of builders, designers, and out-right knowledgeable folks you will ever meet.
I've done all of that stuff you mentioned. Between the mig and plasma cutter, and air supply, I never would have been
able to do it.
Good luck!
Hey Ken,
I have the car completely stripped and have just finished up the drivers floor. I am moving to the passenger floor this weekend. After that I have to replace both quarter panels and fix the cowl. Then it's off to the body shop.
The crate motor is a standard 302 roller motor from Ford, part number M-6007-XB3M. It has the Ford racing aluminum heads and B303 cam. Makes about 345 HP. This will be my daily driver, so I did not go with a stroker.
Hi Ken,don't have them all now..but it was fun having the varity.I would like to have a few of them back in my driveway..Oh well ? Still messing with a couple.Take it easy,Dave.
I've got several 8" hogsheads built for a Daytona Dash car, not the cogs you want, but you can fix 'em like you want 'em. I'll sell you a couple cheap, if you can use 'em. Let me know and I'll send you more info, pics, ratio's, or whatever ya want.
Hi Ken,great to have you on the site. I like the Mustang being down a bit and the way you have the tires filling the wells. Sets right ! Great color combo' ! And what a great add-on..all Mustangs should have a fuel cell, outstanding safety .
You should get some action on the small block motor,by the dial indicator and other photos..looks like a super job. Enjoy DCS,and have a good weekend,Dave.....and sometime in the future I'll share an old e-type story with you.
Hi Ken,
Gosh, housing projects? Sunroom? It sounds like you have a lot of work on your hands! Anyway, it's great to see you on the site. I enjoyed checking out your the photos of your Mustang. It looks great.
Best,
Julie
